1. The First Amendment guarantees our right to free expression and free association, which means that the government does not have the right to forbid us from saying what we like and writing what we like; we can form clubs and organizations, and take part in demonstrations and rallies. So yes I will fight back we are human and should be able to be who we want or be free to do what we want.

2. I think the most important for a journalist to have would be teleological ethics why beacuse teleological ethics (also called consequentialist ethics or consequentialism) holds that the basic standard of morality is precisely the value of what an action brings into being.
