Imagine that we are in Veronas court. The case in question is Mercutio’s murder you decide who you are proving is responsible for Mercutio’s death Romeo or Tybalt. You will then write and perform your opening statement in the courtroom in front of the jury.

Tybalt is the cause of the death of Mercutio because if it was not for the rathe he had for Romeo Mercutio's would never would have died. Romeo is not at fault for Mercutio's death because Romeo is not the type of person to punish other's. Tybalt should have watched before aiming, all Mercutio was trying to do was give Romeo some time to run from Tybalt. Tybalt should not have let is emotions rule what he was doing.
