did you know how much could social media harm you? it can make you get unexpected diseases like cancer,depression and anxiety. Social media is computer-based technology that facilitates the sharing of ideas, thoughts, and information through the building of virtual networks and communities. Importantly, alot of time on social media can harm you and can encourage you in self-harm.

Social media can give you negative thoughts,ideas and even experience.you can get negative ideas by seeing dismissive comments,pictures and harmful ads. you could even become a thief,murderer or even a kidnapper.These things happen when social media affect your mind. It might also increase the number of your eyes.

Sometimes being less on social media might be helpful. You can increase your knowledge by searching useful things on Social media. It can improve your knowledge,learn new hacks and also communicate with people. You can learn new hacks by going to useful apps. You can also have fun by searching fun games to play or funny memes.

I really recommend you to stay less on social media and have fun in the nature. Promise yourself !
