Growth takes time. Over time people learn to grow. During this people not only grow but learn things. Rushing it only makes it worse. Growth is not something you can rush, it takes time and is worth it in the end.

plagiarism is a consequential action, and can result in many bad endings. for instance, you could possibly get expelled from a college or even your own school. you also have the potential of getting your work destroyed. it can also result in expulsion from you academic institution, in some cases permanent expulsion. plagiarism can result in legal action; fines and penalties etc.
