Health and Fitness Essay: Health is defined as a state of physical, mental, and social well being and not merely physical well being. Health and fitness go hand in hand. We have to stay healthy; we have to keep fit. We must concentrate on our fitness if we have to maintain our health. Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life.

the black night was split open like the coconut

it says that it was totally black in the mind of a person but suddenly his mind opened like a coconut with the sweetness of the coconut water and the white color inside it.

or

the black night was thrown like a coconut and it slit apart with its sweet water coming out .

its repetition emphasizing that the chain is his own. sorry if i am wrong.
