They share Clarity of thought, conciseness, correct grammar and sentence structure, and simple language characterize effective business writing. The research process allows you to gain expertise on a topic of your choice, and the writing process helps you remember what you have learned and understand it on a deeper level. Memos have a twofold purpose: they bring attention to problems, and they solve problems.
