Why is it important to use sanitary practices in the kitchen??? Please Help!

Good sanitation is one of the most important priorities in a commercial kitchen.A clean commercial kitchen reduces harmful bacteria. Most food-related illnesses are the result of unsanitary food handling practices. Having just one case of food poisoning linked to your restaurant is enough to destroy your reputation.

Washing ones hands before cooking, after using raw meat, egg, after touching face, hair, a pet, etc. Cleaning dishes after using them. Washing counters with soap and hot water. Getting kitchen disinfecting spray to use after the kitchen if officially done being used. Cleaning out cupboards often, eliminating dust and germs. Regularly washing dishtowels or constantly use paper towels. Take out the trash often. Change out sponges routinely and clean sink with cleaner routinely too.
