Enjoy my poem that i wrote please read it. sorry about the grammar, oh well i made this when i was mad.

I'm trying

It may seem like I'm lazy
Dishonest or insecure
But trust me when I say
I'm trying super hard

No one said I'm perfect
Everyone always tried
But deep inside
there is something I can’t always hide
Tears may be flowing
Past my nose and cheeks
Believe me when I say it
I'm trying with my heart

Too many things to manage
I can’t hold it all inside
Someone come save me
In trying not to fail

to balance out school and other things in life
when told your not enough
And are told you're not so focused
Please believe me when I say it
I'm trying not to burst

Too many expectations
You know your smarter than that
You should be practicing more
Why aren't you trying
I was your age once it isn't super hard.
Expectations are super toxic
Please I'm trying not to go

I wish I could speak out like this
Give you my all
But too much is too much
You deserve much much more
Please don't rage
I'm trying to stay on page
With everything on the floor.

I'm sorry I'm not enough
Please forgive my tone
I didn't mean to disappoint you
But trust me for all I have
I'm trying not to die.

if you read this far put the word melancholy, with your response to the poem. i will give you a surprise :D
