One way to approach the idea of social change is to think about just why it is a good thing that the world is changing it's social methods. Even though social media platforms stay the same, the world is changing it's face to face social gatherings and concepts, it's not nearly as bad as it seems. Sure it's boring sometimes, but it's supposed to be keeping people safe. I'll even list a few examples of how to approach and understand this sudden social change in the world.

Think that it's not bad because it could truly be worse. If it were the worst that it could be, it would probably be like not having the ability to stay safe, and that it would just be dangerous 24/7. Think about this because there are people who live this life because they can't afford the proper safety precautions.
