I know, I know it's unhealthy to not cry for a month but crying everyday is unhealthy also so challenge me pleas! I'll try my best not to tho.

My reasoning is I can go years without crying though, that's probably because I am unhealthy with my emotion and never let them out unless my mental health shatters and I have a break down ;-;
