What is the claim of Is 16 too young to drive a car?

if you are 16 you can legally drive a car, but you have to have a permit and have a parent or guardian present and they have to be 18 years or older

answer: this is not a good thesis statement because a thesis statement is not supposed to have questions in it. a thesis states your position on your topic. a question cannot state anything because it is not a statement. a question is a great lead in to a thesis, but it can't be the thesis.

for me i cant do homework without music, so, i guess i would say faster with it, than without it. for me at least.
