Dear Principal Jones: When the people in our cafeteria cook food that people do not eat, the food is wasted. When food is wasted, money is wasted. Our school should not waste money on food. At our school, we should be smarter in how we spend our money. Kids have not been eating meat loaf for lunch because it tastes bad. Serving something besides meat loaf would be a good way to save money. There are many other foods that our cafeteria can serve instead of meat loaf. I think the macaroni and cheese at school tastes good. The sandwiches also taste good. The chicken tastes very good. I have noticed that when I eat a lunch that tastes good, I have a good day at school. When I eat a lunch that tastes bad, I get grouchy. Many of the kids in my class will get grouchy on these same days too. Please serve us food that tastes good. If we eat better-tasting food such as macaroni and cheese, we will have better days at school. The school will waste less money on bad-tasting food. We will be better students at school. 1.creeping like a snail is a simile used in this poem and it means the child is going to school unwillingly./a child is unwilling to go to school.

2. man becomes very frail and loses his physical strength when he becomes old, so much that his leggings that used to fit him snugly when he was in his youth are now too loose for him to wear, and that his shank has shrunk so much that this worldly stage is too big for a feeble actor like him. although, 'his youthful hose' just refers to his leggings/pants/ to shrink from danger; to shrink from contact.

3.the words "sans" means "without." it is a french word that is often used in english even today. so he is saying that in the last age of a man, the man is without eyes, taste, or anything else. he also says that this is the "last stage of all" and that it is the stage that ends a man's "history."

at the age of 4, she thought everything was better.

she was innocent, she was joyful, despite the predictions about the bad weather.

at the age of 10, she started to figure things out.

in life, in its meaning, she started to doubt.

at the age of 14, she was filled with depression, anxiety and fear,

that nobody cared about her, and death was drawing near.

at the age of 17, her sleeves got longer, her will got shorter, until she couldn't take it anymore.

she left this earth with a rope, chair and to the heavens she would soar.
