Examples of sincerity include giving people compliments that reflect your true inner feelings, performing acts of kindness without expecting anything in return and maintaining the same personality when alone or in the presence of others. Sincere people offer genuine praise and avoid speaking negatively about others. For example: If you baked some cookies and you worked so hard to bake them if i notice some of the part of the cookies you made is not well done well, if I’m sincere i will tell you about the cookies that are not done well even though you worked so hard do bake them, not that i’d say it rudely to bring you down, i’d say it in a way to encourage you to do better next time. That is an example of sincerity. You can tell the person is sincere because instead of not telling you about the cookies, the person told you so you wont make the same mistake again and in a way to encourage you to do better.
