Through this letter, I come to point out the wave of violence that is setting in the community and claim your attention and intervention in solving this problem.

For a few months, a group of malefactors has been plaguing our community, harassing women, assaulting local traders and promoting a dangerous and demotivating environment.

As humble citizens, we do not have the knowledge and equipment necessary to contain this problem alone and we need you very much in the name of the safety of our population and the social well-being that is being undermined.
