Games keep people physically fit because they can reduce body fat or controls your body weight. They can also help you fight depression and anxiety. Also, they help to boost metabolism, burn calories, improve respiration and increase the circulation of blood. In conclusion, Healthy people can concentrate on their work and face their problems courageously by the help of games and being physically fit.
