The truth is that the way things are today, if you're one of those lucky people with a good job and good benefits, you probably have access to decent health care through insurance. On the other hand, if you are unemployed or don't have a good job that offers health insurance, you have to go to an emergency room if you are really ill or go without seeing a physician for routine visits.
