Last year's Newburgh Film Festival was the most well attended in its short history. This should come as no surprise, though, as attendance has risen gradually in each of its nine years. This year, for the 10th anniversary, the festival will be moved from the Richmond High School auditorium to the Hudgins Performing Arts Center in downtown Newburgh.
