ESSAY: SHORT ESSAY Using the outline you wrote, write an essay of at least 200 words with an introduction, a body, and a conclusion. Here is your goal for this assignment: Construct a short essay from your outline In your introduction, make some mention of each point of your outline. Write one paragraph for each of your main points. Try to use connecting words at the end or beginning of each paragraph. Summarize and conclude in a conclusion paragraph. Use at least five of the words from the Vocabulary Inventory in Lesson 2. Be sure you use them correctly. You will be graded on the following criteria: 1. Clearly state your position and support it. 2. Make sure each paragraph contains one main idea and support. Use complete sentences including compound and complex sentences. 3. Include an introductory paragraph, proper transitions, and an appropriate conclusion. 4. Make sure your essay contains no errors in conventions such as spelling and grammar errors, and is at least 200 words long.
