And another one.. A wingless bird awaiting to fly,
Like a volcano ready to erupt.
Thoughts ricochet,
Like a tornado in the wind.

Everything stops and overflows,
As if an ocean rushed in.
Water down our stream,
But it is our face.

It all repeats like a never ending road.
A journey we have to face.
An echo in a cave that gets carried.

We await for a day when a smile can show,
Without being forced upon us.
A day when the pain seems to fade,
And all the tears stop.

Yet it never comes.

Now we fly and fall over and over,
Because the pain hides the emotion.
We are still broken,
Within the pain we cause.
It is an addiction and now we are numb.
