Now you will return to “The Prologue” and make a prediction about the type of story another character might tell. Choose one of the following characters: • Knight • Squire • Miller • Parson • Pardoner. You need to choose one of the pilgrims, look through the descriptions of him, and then create a prediction about what type of story that pilgrim would have told on the journey. Provide details about the story he would tell and what about his life would have influenced that story.

remember always that germany and italy, regardless of any formal declaration of war, consider themselves at war with the united states at this moment just as much as they consider themselves at war with britain or russia. and germany puts all the other republics of the americas into the same category of enemies. the people of our sister republics of this hemisphere can be honored by that fact.
