Remember that you are beautiful and or handsome and that u r still on this earth for a reason. LOve yourself and you are worthy DONT let anybody tell you otherwise. Ik that during these difficult times its gotten a little harder and some ppl r suffering from depression or anxiety or something and for some ppl they r enjoying this bc they aren't very social ppl but for those who r very social its a difficult time and we don't know what to do anymore. BREATh and relax take a step back get off of snap, t i k t o k, insta, factime whtev it is and remember that ur worthy and stop faking the smile its OKAY to CRY. Remember there are ppl that u can talk to for help. ALso if u have any toxic ppl in ur life toxic relationship even though for some ppl it might hurt its time to let them go.
