How can i identify an adjective clause as restrictive or nonrestrictive?

Adjective clause is restrictive, it it narrows down the word it modifies. It tells which one of the noun you are writing about.
Restrictive adjective clause is necessary to the meaning of the sentence. It is not separated form the rest of the sentence by commas. 

There is nothing inherently wrong with being gay. speaking generally, opposition to gays are usually judged on people's moral basis whether it be religion, experience or other factors. to conclude, there is no objective answer to this question only subjective ones that rely on people's idea of what is right and wrong.
