Sheila (Consultant) is reading the confidentiality section of her web design contract with XYZ Company (Company). Company will disclose confidential information to Consultant, either directly or indirectly. Consultant agrees to hold all information disclosed by Company in confidence. Consultant will not disclose the information to others or use it without written authorization from Company. Consultant understands that all website design and related products created under this agreement are the property of Company.
