An introductory paragraph is a paragraph that intoduces the topic or what the essay is going to be about.

A concluding is a paragraph is a closing paragraph that end the essay on a good note without adding anymore facts. It is the final mic drop.

an introduction paragraph contains the three basic elements necessary for all introductory paragraphs: the topic sentences, which define the topic and "grab" the reader; the thesis sentence, which defines the writer's point of view regarding the topic; and the outline sentences, which describe the main topics in the body paragraphs.

A conclusion is the last paragraph in your research paper, or the last part in any other type of presentation.You restate your thesis and summarize your main points of evidence for the reader.You can usually do this in one paragraph. In the following example, the thesis statement is in bold.
