Read the excerpt from Jackson’s blog. Learning to speak a new language is one of the best decisions I ever made! This summer, I traveled throughout Japan with my robotics team and was able to communicate with almost everyone we met. Next year, I’m planning to live in Japan as an exchange student. I think it will help me improve my Japanese reading and writing skills. I hope all my friends get inspired to learn a language, too!
