This week we have read various articles and sources in relation to the Indian Removal Act. These pieces of literature give us but a glimpse in how Native Americans were removed from their homelands and forced
out. Using what it is that you've read, along with your imagination, answer the following questions by tying
your responses into aspects of the Native American Removal Act.
1. What are some of the consequences that have occurred as a result of this act? What might our relationship
with Native Americans have been like if our political and expansion agendas would have been different
and/or would have included them? (RI.11-12.4, L.11-12.5a-b)
