Hard does hard work makes a person earn more money than people with talent.. please explain

Person doing hard work: They are busting their back and that is one of the only things that you should earn money for.

People with talents: Talent doesn't matter if you're trying to survive only hard work matters in a world of finances.

Technically and statistically speaking people with talent actually make more money than people busting their back 50% of the time!
