Which sentence should be added to the end of paragraph 4 to support the author's claim in the passage? Eat Local!

A great part of our modern world is that we can get things from different parts of country and even the world. While this often has positive benefits, there is one thing that we should try to keep local—our food. Buying and eating local food is important for our overall health, communities, and environment.
Local food is often much healthier and tastier than other alternatives. Food that comes from farther away loses its freshness as it has traveled greater distances and often sits in warehouses before coming to your grocery store. Food from local farmers comes to you in a matter of days with minimal preservation. Because it does not need to be preserved, it has less chemicals. Consuming food in its purest, freshest form without chemicals is best for your health.
Buying local food is good not only for you but for the environment as well. Local food helps the environment and wildlife. Smaller farms conserve fertile soil and clean water in our communities. Additionally, local food requires less transportation, which means less pollution. Local farms also protect open space by preserving land for agricultural use.
Lastly, local food is good for your community. When you buy local, you maintain a connection with those around you. When you go to a local farmers market, you are most likely buying from the people who produced the food themselves. In this way, you are honoring the connection between the grower and eater of food, often learning more about the seasons, weather, and agriculture in the process. Financially, buying local foods contributes to the local economy.

Buying local foods may not always seem like the most convenient thing, but taking the time to get your food from somewhere near you has long-lasting advantages. You will find yourself enjoying and benefiting from your food more. You may also find yourself becoming more connected to your community and whether or not you notice, you will be making a positive impact on the environment. So the next time you need groceries, remember that going local can go a long way for you and those around you.
