Why is kairos important for the delivery of this Brutus’ speech be successful

I feel as though this was a Kairos moment due to the fact that he gave out this very inspirational and inspiring speech when everyone was kinda at their lowest and lost hope. So This is a Kairos moment Because he said his speech at the right Exact time,  the time people needed to hear it and it Inspired as well as encouraged people to get up and fight. the Kairos moment is so important and I feel as though it played a big role in inspiring everyone to get up and continue fighting.  without Kairos/him saying  his speech at the correct time  I feel as though everyone would've just gave up.
