One logical fallacy from the Declaration of Independence was the quote "all men are created equal" as well as the other quote " life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. " It can be seen as a logical fallacy because the person who wrote it wouldn't have full control over something, so saying you'll grant someone something you can't guarantee is contradicting yourself. And once again, the definition of a logical fallacy is A fallacy is the use of invalid or otherwise faulty reasoning, or "wrong moves" in the construction of an argument. A fallacious argument may be deceptive by appearing to be better than it really is. So not only are you throwing the argument you would't have even been correct in the first place if you can't back up what you said you'd do with hard evidence.
