Is it bad to curl your hair after getting a balayage?

I’m not a cosmetologist but i do have a lot of experience with hair. So yes, please do not curl your hair right after a balayage. The process of it requires many harmful chemicals and is a very light coloring that starts at your roots. Just getting it is very damaging to your hair, but the heat used to curl it could potentially kill your hair more by burning the chemicals used in the solutions for a balayage.
