"The one thing I could never give up is my faith. As a Christian, many people want me to give up my faith as it seems silly, unconventional, non-sound, or many other reasons that they can come up with. However, I want to hold onto this as it gives me hope in the future, as well as many other reasons people don’t understand. It gives me a purpose in life that nothing else can, and its amazing."

This is 4 sentences, and it shows something of importance to me. this can be applied to anything, spiritual, emotional, or physical. Write about your dog who makes you smile, the mother or father who showers you with love, or maybe even about the way your best friend always knows when to give you the best advice - or listen in silence when you need to vent.
