What are the advantages and disadvantages to spending most of your day (and maybe the night too) outside?

The advantages are a nice tan and providing your body with vitamin d and the disadvantages are wrinkles in old age, sun burn, and harming your skin with the rays the sun gives off.

Advantages:

Spending time in forests, hiking in mountains, and just being outside can lead to significant health benefits. Studies have shown that walking in the woods can improve blood pressure, boost mental health, and decrease cancer risk. So go spend some time "forest-bathing" to improve your health.

Disadvantages:

If you spend too much time outside (Depending on the weather) you could get hurt. If it gets too hot you can get a horrible sunburn. If it gets too cold you could get frost bite and have your fingers or whatever gets frostbite surgery removed.

Explanation:

for me i cant do homework without music, so, i guess i would say faster with it, than without it. for me at least.
