Proposal 1 wouldn't bring more money in because depending on the area the library is located most people wouldn't be able to afford it .They wouldn't pay attention to the fundraiser the children are trying to do. Children need a back bone ,and most adults don't give the kids the backbone they need. Depending on the age range most parents just don't have time to support there community because they work so much. It wouldn't raise enough money to in time to before the deadline.
