Write a letter to your friend describing a difficult situation you are going through at the moment.

Dear Taylor,

I am writing this letter to tell you about what I am going through and ask for advice, since you have always been someone I could count on.

I am currently experiencing symptoms of social anxiety, I cannot say that I actually have this disease, but I have felt an intense dread and discomfort in doing the simplest social activities. I don't know anyone at all, I don't have any friends besides you, I haven't left the house for more than six months and any notion of leaving the house and meeting people leaves me with a feeling of nervousness, shortness of breath and very bad tremors. To avoid feeling these sensations, I stopped doing any type of activity that includes leaving my home.

I'm afraid of always living alone, but I can't see a future other than complete loneliness, which makes me nervous and makes me spend hours and hours crying, suffering in anticipation.

I'm ashamed to talk to my family about it, but I wanted to talk to someone, so I chose you.

I'm sorry if it bothered you and I miss you, I hope you understand.
