My guess is the beginning because that sets everything up. For these questions i guess you would have to try to think of how the story would be without one of them. For example, if you read a story but not the beginning it wouldnt make sense. <:)

The middle is the most important part of a story, because it has all of the supporting details and action. It is also the body and has the most information.
