I need help with an essay

Since you told me it is a narrative here are some tips for it:

Write in first person. Use words like “I, me, my.” That one is pretty obvious

Describe how the person is feeling. Are they scared for their first basketball game, or are they confident? Write interactions. Maybe they are talking to a teammate or a coach.

“My knees were trembling as if there was an earthquake.”

That’s an example if your character is scared.

“There was not a single drop of doubt in my mind. I am going to win this game”

That’s an example if your character is confident.

It’s up to you which direction you want it to go.

Just keep in mind the important parts of a narrative

> Describe the plot

> Write interactions

> Be descriptive!

to whom may it may concern;

i have recently ordered a product from your online shop. the shipping details read that my order would be delivered by the 8th of december, whereas it was delivered the 13th. i needed the package for a christmas exchange. 

since i paid for overnight shipping, but did not receive the package in the time allotted, i am kindly asking for a refund. the product was just perfect, but i do not believe i should have to pay for a quick shipping if it came late.
