Jerry purchased a new car on September 6, 2008. He began having problems almost immediately. He took the car into the dealership’s service department which is an authorized service agent of the manufacturer. Jerry explained that the car was not running right. The car was racing off and on for no apparent reason. The service agent said they would take a look at the car, but Jerry would have to leave the car for a few days. Jerry had to rent a car for four days. His rental fees were $120.00 for the four days. Jerry got his car back and drove the car for a week when he began to have the same problem. He went back to the service agent stating he was having the same problem for the second time. Once again the service agent said he needed to leave the car for a few days. Jerry once again rented a car for 3 days costing him $90.00 for rental fees. Jerry picked up his car 3 days later. He drove the car for about six weeks and the car began to act up. Jerry, for the third time, returned to the service agent. Explain how Jerry is protected under the Florida Lemon Law. YOUR ESSAY MUST BE 500 WORDS
