PROJECT: MULTIMEDIA PRESENTATION
Imagine the following situation: You are up in the front of your classroom,
ready to give your presentation. You have your media piece all ready and
your teacher nods, indicating that you can begin. You open your mouth to
begin the speech that you have worked so hard to prepare. You finish the
speech in the allotted five minutes, and your teacher smiles. Everything
has gone smoothly. Not just smoothly, but better than you ever did in any
of your practice sessions. Your class applauds and cheers. Your teacher
states that yours is the best presentation she has heard in her career and
gives you an A+, You sit down and soak in the adulation.
Okay, so all that probably won't happen, but if you know your presentation
inside and out, things should go smoothly for you.
In this project you'll become more familiar with how to give a presentation.
OBJECTIVES
Deliver a multimedia presentation describing a complex process.
Take one last look at the rubric below. Make sure that you have prepared for everything that is required of you. If you find
something that you need to add, do so quickly, but don't make any large alterations to your presentation at this point.
