As agreed in our business terms, we are returning them to your company with this letter.  Accordingly, we request for a credit note to the value of the returned crockery.

However, as business partners, we wish to advocate for ways to avoid or reduce the number of broken sets that are delivered to us.

We have noticed that the packaging was done without cushions.  We also questioned your delivery team and discovered that the driver was overspeeding to meet up with delivery schedule.

We therefore suggest that you improve on the packaging to ensure that the sets are properly packaged to avoid transit damages.  We also suggest that you henceforth try to deliver our supplies two days before the deadline.  These measures will certainly reduce wastages and reworks.
