He claims that climate change effects billions of people and that because of climate change, they had a hard time finding a location for the movie. Although he says all of this, he gives no evidence to his claims and states them without factual evidence. The claims he makes are good but the evidence he uses to back it up does not strengthen his argument. Therefore, the argument he is trying to make is not buttressed very well.
