Is the following argument a factual or moral analogy? 22. What is its conclusion? 23. What are the points of analogy on which it depends? 24. Evaluate the argument for degree and relevance of similarity between the cases: "The law should permit and regulate the recreational use of marijuana. It’s no different from alcohol which the laws does allow. When this is used within reason it provides safe enjoyment and no significant threat to health; in fact just as some moderate consumption of alcoholic drinks such as red wine has been thought to have health benefits, so also health benefits have been associated with moderate use of marijuana. It’s hard to see how the one should be treated any differently from the other."
