warming and the greenhouse effect. They can also pollute

choosing a bicycle for transportation is very beneficial.
Riding a bike strengthens the heart. It lowers blood
pressure and increases energy, Riding a bike also builds
muscle. Unlike sitting in a car, riding a bicycle gets your
body moving and can even improve your mood.
