This week's assignment is focused on Muscular Strength. It will be the same as the previous weeks but instead with this focus. You will create a plan that improves your muscular strength. Make sure that the exercise selection and rep ranges match this focus. You may review the definition of muscular strength and refer to the resources in the "Muscular Strength Resources" folder for assistance.

Muscular strength is defined as the maximum amount of force that a muscle can exert against some form of resistance in a single effort.

For creating a plan you should go on yt and look at a exercise that makes your muscles grow overtime.
