The topic "students and cellphones" can be used as an argument because it proves that most students have cell phones. Having this said, we can assume the students can use these phones. Giving students the right to use their phones can lead to great use of information or massive change of focus. In this passage they are saying the students with cellphones are using this as a good advantage, and they believe this can help everyone else in the school. Since it can help, they go to their point, which is cell phones should be embraced.

in my opinion, anyone should be allowed to marry as long as it's not going against any laws. though i kind of contradict myself because i know that in some states and countries, gay marriage isn't legal yet- hopefully you get my point.
