Poetic devices are unique styles used in poem writing formats. However they can be used out side of poem writing pieces. They engage the reader by offering a variety of different moments within the writing. They enhancing the writing as well, by providing a flow into the writing.

Well poetic devices are tools that poets can use to enhance a poem's meaning, create rhythm, or intensify a mood or feeling to the reader. The devices " help piece" the poem together, kinda like a screwdriver with some screws, that join peaces of wood together.
