How do you fake a smile if all your life like you have been hurt

I fake a smile all of the time. Sometimes it's easier to fake a smile and say you're doing fine, then to tell somebody how you really feel. The more you fake it, the easier it gets. I know it hurts sometimes, but it'll get better sooner or later. Trust me I know. I hope you feel better soon. and I hope you have a great day, and stay safe.
