Unfortunately, at the beginning, safety issues involving some tragic and deadly situations almost caused the dissolution of the organization. As a result of the tragedies in the beginning, safety has become a prime factor over the years. Much research is conducted on the areas chosen for work places so safety issues can be addressed.
