Read the body paragraph from a personal statement
as part of a research project, i interviewed a librarian at our
local library. he invited me on a "behind the scenes" tour
i've always loved books and research, so i jumped at the
chance. i was totally captivated by the inner workings of library. which is the best sentence to add to the end of the paragraph to fully develop the personal statement?

a. not only was the tour fun, but it also inspired me to
apply for an internship at the library so i can investigate
becoming a librarian.

b. for my research project, i wrote about the tour and
added photos that i took at the library, all of which
earned me the best grade in our class.

c. i realized i could take advantage of the library's
resources for my research project, so i could accomplish
my goal of getting a good grade.

d. the library was built in the last decade, so it's still fairly
new, and i was really impressed by the number of
environmentally friendly features it has.
