Can someone read the body text of my speech and me write an intro?

first, let me dispel some misconceptions about self love. it's not about being narcissistic and conceited but about being kind towards yourself.

one thing that many tend to do that only adds to the weight of low self-esteem is comparing themselves to others. some people compare themselves with others until it’s as if they have hit the self-destruct button. many use the following phrases to devalue themselves: “i’m not as talented as them.” or “i’d give anything to be as pretty as them.” a survey directed at students aged between 10-16 was conducted in 2016. it asked students what they felt their biggest insecurity was. while the minority of students answered race, gender and size, 87% of students answered intelligence and appearance. beauty and intelligence is not measurable. everyone is beautiful and smart in their own way. you can’t compare apples and oranges.
you are unique.

self acceptance, although similar, is not like self esteem. self acceptance is recognizing your weaknesses and accepting who you are. why do you need anyone to validate you? loving and accepting yourself is a vital part to inner happiness and peace.
